Repairs Swedish-made, Husqvarna Vikings have a 20 year warranty! We can repair or get parts for all brands of sewing machines. Some minor repairs we do in house, but the majority of our repairs are sent to one of two authorized service centers. The Singer Service center is in Syracuse, NY and they have a pick-up/drop-off service every Wednesday. The Viking Service center is in Cleveland, OH. We securely package up the machines with form fitting foam and send them via Fed-Ex. Both centers take between 1-2 weeks to service machines depending on parts availibility.
